elevators malfunctioning

poor service

oh how delightful it was to stay in a hotel where the elevators are a complete mess and the gym TVs are forever offline. it's like they’re trying to help you get your steps in—too bad i had to carry heavy boxes up those wonderful stairs. absolutely no one bothered to upgrade my room, what a letdown. i just couldn't compliment this place, honestly.

The receptionist was very nice during check-in.

I paid extra for a suite but ended up in a dirty studio. When I asked about a refund, the staff ignored my concerns. Not to mention, the bathroom light was broken and useless.

home2 suites by hilton was a great experience! the room was clean and spacious for our family. we enjoyed the indoor saline pool, which was super fun for the kids. breakfast was delicious too, especially the eggs and waffles. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

the only downside was the crowded parking lot.
